Smiling Jack is the monster that monsters fear. The Camarilla has had him on the redlist for ten years and still he roams the land.

In 2006, Smiling Jack tried to kill [[[Mia Wells]] at court, but was beaten off by Prentice and Mia Wells.

Smiling Jack was placed on the Red List in 1990 for his crimes against the Camarilla, including multiple diableries, dozens of breeches of the masquerade, and sedition.

It hasn't stopped him. Smiling Jack has become an anarch legend inspiring others to action and this is what the Camarilla fears the most.
