Good Evening children of the fair Domain of Seattle,
It is with great pleasure that I announce that Emeric Belasco has honored his word to remain on the throne of Seattle only until a qualified candidate were able to take the reins from him. That person is the *exalted, famous and well known * Stephen Court, also known as Esteban Cortez of Clan Ventrue. Long may he reign.
I have much to cover for much happened in a very short amount of time. I would like to thank our many visiting dignitaries for honoring our fair city with your presence. It is my hope that your stay was productive and informative.
- Blood Hunt and other violence
The night began with the blood hunt of the Gangrel Primogen, Raven Astor. She was slain, and the Prince wishes it known that he finds the Spokane Sheriff, Joe to be *Honorable* for exacting punishment. None may escape violating the laws and traditions of the Camarilla in Seattle, even those revered for their position or past service.
The bloodshed continued as the Anarchs dispatched five of their own for daring to insult Sheriff Doc Holliday with graffiti all over the city. This was a strong gesture that they are willing to police their own who tread heavily upon the patience of the Prince.
Prince Court has declared the Domain of Seattle is officially secured against its enemies. Any who question that are encouraged to speak to him face-to-face. It is still recommended that we never live with our guards down, for even in a secure city, danger can come at any time.
- The Caitiff
These lost children remain a topic of many whispers. Prince Court has stated that his policy regarding them is as follows: “Caitiff have no clan, hence they can't be presented to me for acknowledgement. However, if a particular clan wishes to bring forth a particular caitiff they would vouch their reputation on, I would acknowledge or recognize one. Doing so for more than one caitiff though would be a faux paux I would think.”
- The Masquerade
I am investigating (and have covered) a breach of the Masquerade involving a flying sheep. It seems that the gargoyle Seven was manipulated by some into flying a sheep down for others to have fun with. Seven has been severely disciplined by Clan Tremere and Seneschal Belasco wishes it known that they should consider the limited patience of Clan Tremere if they attempt to toy with the *dense* gargoyle in the future. I would remind all that the Masquerade is our most sacred law and it is foolish to even come close to breaking it.
- Clan Toreador
Clan Toreador is highly favored by the presence of Lesser Keeper Amy Hartzler. She is seen as *creative* by her Primogen, the *revered* Marian DeWinter for her successful distraction recently from the dangerous antincs of the Giovanni toy, Dizzy Thorne. Further, Prince Court wishes it known that he finds her to be *eloquent* and anyone who has heard her speak or sing could hardly disagree.
Clan Toreador needs to address the anarch members of its clan who are not so skilled in polite society and reinforce the rules under which they live. Lance Masterson was *insolent* insulting Primogen DeWinter, Primogen Kingsley, and the visiting Seneschal of Los Angeles to their faces in my presence. If he can't be taught to watch his mouth I advise he find somewhere else to live, lest he find himself on a table like five of his Anarch friends.
I have also found out that Nigreda decided to play sexual games with the sheep after the Masquerade breach. I realize that she enjoys stuffing animals in her artwork, but I think it is quite inappropriate to have her animals stuffing her on closed circuit television. Those can be tapped into. She endangers us all with antics like that. One Dizzy Thorn is enough. If she wishes to be a *sheep lover* in the privacy of her own haven I don't care. Not my business. If she does it in the public eye it draws attention and that needs to stop.
- Clan Nosferatu
The reputation of the Nosferatu Clan in Seattle continues to suffer at the hands of NidHogg. He ruled with the threat of violence toward any member of his clan who disapproved, as was seen when he staked Grendel. I have tried for months to deal patiently with him. That is at an end.
For telling the Harpy information in exchange for boons that was later proven to not only be false but a deliberate lie, I have found NidHogg to be *deceitful.* His "facts" are suspect, and I would not trust any he offers you.
In addition, NidHogg has broken a different boon with me, failing to make payment on a debt that he owed and which was negotiated in good faith. Less than two months ago he was making speeches on his fanatical interpretation of boons. I had no idea it would include spitting on something that is the foundation of our entire economy! I would advise not to do business with NidHogg of Clan Nosferatu. He is a *boon breaker.* If he owes you a boon, I would recommend cashing in at the earliest opportunity and coming to the Harpy if he fails to pay up.
I know that he is not a true representation of Clan Nosferatu. I have had excellent dealings with them for many long years. With Dusk taking the mantle of the clan, I am certain that their fortunes will quickly be on the rise and that their reputation will be restored before long.
- Coronation Ball
My humble little casino party has evolved to encompass the new Prince’s Coronation Ball. The theme is the Glory of Old Rome and all are welcome to come honor our Prince. Period costume is encouraged, but not required. Failing that, formal wear is acceptable. The ball will be held at (insert building name) on November 3. Gambling, dancing, and tests of physical combat will be offered. The Prince wishes all to let their hair down and enjoy themselves. Questions may be addressed to me or to the Keepers of Elysium who are gracious enough to co-host this event.
The question of currency has been asked regarding the gambling. The standard currency is American Dollars. However, boons will be traded at many of the games as well. I have no doubt that many boons will trade hands that night.
- Parting Words
Please maintain the peace. Maintain our secrecy. When that is done our freedoms go up and all can better enjoy themselves.

Acknowledged can only be removed by the Prince.
