Evening from the Windy City,
I thought I’d put pen to paper and spread the news. Prince Falco held a quiet shindig at the Ballroom of the Lexington Hotel. It was such a sight that a couple youn’in toreador spent the whole night with their mouths open like they were trying to catch flies.
We were all surprised when the Royal Harpy, Ancelin Blanchard, arrived with Eban el-Lahik, the Seneschal of Boston. Each were warmly welcomed by Prince Falco and his new sheriff Ibn al Xu'ffasch. It was a mighty pleasure to meet the highest ranked assamite in the Camarilla.
I noticed that that other luminaries such as the *feared* Nixx Igantius seemed unpleased with their presence. Could be that’s all of the tremere decided part company so damn earily. It was darn right odd for Mr. Ignatius to miss an execution.
Speak’in of executions, the *mighty* Ibn al Xu'ffasch beheaded the anarch known as Ronin. Ronin was suspected to have been the childer of the *infamous* caitiff DJ Ten Ton. We don’t abide their kind around these parts. He had it coming anyway….
The rest of the evening was mostly quiet until the *infamous* Willimina DonBarcelona arrived well beyond what polite society would call fashionably late. She wore a dress that almost made my heart beat again. She spoke to the Prince alone behind closed doors. Not sure what that was about, but even old Ibn al Xu'ffasch looked a mite bit intimidated.
That’s all the news fit to hear….
