Kemintiri has done the impossible time and again. It is believed that she is a child of Great Set and once defied him to Osiris. No one but Set knows if this is really true. The Followers of Set hunt this rogue down to the best of their ability.

The Camarilla ignored Kemintiri for decades until it was discovered that he had killed and replaced the Ventrue Justicar in 1932. Kemintiri's arcane allowed her access to some of the most important secrets of the Camarilla. It is said that Kemintiri created the Red List as a means of killing her enemies.
