It is said that Jakeria Lei was once a toreador ghoul during the start of the Renaissance. She had been brought to Italy as a slave and servent. No one knows exactly how she was embraced or how she acended so quickly, but few doubt her cunning and skills.
Like many of her clan, she moved to the New World to search out new oppertunies and find a New Nile. She found this in Portland. The three rivers and feritle valleys remind her much of the legends of her clan. Some say that there is magic in those lands.
DJ Ten Ton is known to be a close ally, although some say she is the only person that he fears. Once after drinking from a coked out whore, he let it slip to some friends that he once saw Jakeria turn a man into stone just by looking at him.
