Background Information:
Blake was among the first white settlers that moved to this continent. He fell in love with the lands and the people. He brought over a wife and children, but they were lost to the Fever. Desolate, he walked into the wilds. It is unknown who embraced him, but he claimed it was an “Indian Savage.”
He eventually settled into the Boston area. He fought in the American Revolutionary War and became friends with several notable members of the Camarilla, including Nixx Ignatius, Elaine Wilson, Theodore Hamilton, Santiago, Alexander Wentworth and others.
Blake seemed to have made a reputation of making unlikely allies and friends, including tremere. This has not always endeared him with his clanmates.
In the mid 19th century, he seized praxis of Boston from Ancelin Blanchard due to bringing great scandal to Boston due to her love affair with Eban el-Lahiki. It is known that Blake is part of the faction that opposes full admittance into the Camarilla for the Assamites. He often speaks out against them at Symposium. It completely humiliated him when the Boston primogen council forced him to take on Eban el-Lahiki as his Seneshal. It is whispered that this was part of a long term Jihad to silence the main detractor of the assamites gaining a Justicar.
