Background Information:
Dylan is a known member of that infamous Sabbat cult known as the Black Hand. He is a feared warrior known for his brutality and cunning. His handsome face and charm has gotten him out of more than one scrape.
There is a legend that during World War II, he managed to con Lady Anne into protecting him durinng the Blitz on London.
Since then, Dylan has particpated in the razing of several cities including the Sabbat takeover of New York in 1999. His favorite target seems to be the Tremere. He has assassinated several tremere elders over the years. John Dee especially seems to have a hatred for him.
He earned a spot on the Red List when he diablorized Atia, the child of Magestratum.
