About Bremerton:
Bremerton is a city in Kitsap County, Washington, USA. The population was 37,259 at the 2000 census. The current population is close to 45,000[citation needed]. Bremerton is home to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and the Bremerton Annex of Naval Base Kitsap. Bremerton is connected to downtown Seattle by a 60-minute ferry ride, which carries both vehicles and walk-on passengers.
Geography
Bremerton is located at 47°34′12″N, 122°39′9″W (47.570017, -122.652625).GR1 It is located on the Kitsap Peninsula north of Sinclair Inlet and west of the body of water known as Port Orchard. The city is divided by the Port Washington Narrows, a strait spanned by two bridges. The part of the city to the north and east of the narrows is referred to as East Bremerton. The part of the city that is north and slightly west of Downtown Bremerton and south and slightly west of Silverdale is referred to as West Bremerton. Beautiful waterview vistas make Bremerton a wonderful place to live.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 67.5 km² (26.0 mi²). 58.7 km² (22.7 mi²) of it is land and 8.8 km² (3.4 mi²) of it (12.98%) is water.

As far as vampires in the Northwest were concerned, Bremerton was mostly an after thought. Anarchs that wanted to live close to Seattle and avoid Prince Gustov Strauss’s wrath lived quietly in Bremerton.
July 9, 1972 Seattle, Washington: Ross Truesdale betrayed the city to the Anarchs, taking advantage of manipulated weaknesses to lower the city’s defenses. The plot is discovered by his lover, the Harpy Jessica Wendell. She and a cadre of ghouls and her unreleased childe Barron Kramer confronted the Anarchs during the first stages of the attack. Barron and her ghouls were quickly dispatched and Jessica was gravely wounded and near death. A passing drunk mortal named Harrison Franklin stepped in to defend her and held off the wounded Brujah with a tire iron long enough for the Prince’s forces to arrive and see the Anarchs off. Gustov modified Franklin’s mind to forget the incident and protect the Masquerade.
July 4, 1976 Seattle, Washington: Rooster Brown sent posses into Seattle to patrol during the mortal bi-centennial celebration. Several Anarch and Sabbat raids were thwarted across the city. The Anarch Lydia Bartlett and Harrison Franklin were revealed to have some history together.
January 5, 1996 Seattle, Washington: Prince Gustov Strauss hosted the annual Twelfth Night celebration. Throughout the night many unusual things happened the Kindred of the city. Many vampires retreated to Bremerton to prepare a counter attack. The Cathayans avoided Bremerton, likely because they didn’t want to fight in front of an American Naval Base.
