Disclosure Dates:
• Delivery Date-date disclosures are given to borrower(s)
• Disclosure Date: Date disclosures are drawn
• Assumed Closing Date: Estimated closing date-approx. 30 days from date of application-date will be changed to match disbursement date once determined.
Document Dates:
• Note Date: date docs are drawn/date printed on the Deed of Trust
• First Payment Due Date: first payment due date will automatically auto fill from the disbursement date, EXCEPT, for the construction/perm loans. 1st full P&I payment will begin after the construction period ends, i.e., if the loan funds on 5/20/2007, and the construction period is 10 months, the first P&I payment would be 5/1/2008.
